#151313 - Control board for motor
Responding to: ???'s previous message
You can get a control board that uses the Pelco D. It will controll the motors according to the signals recieved.

You can find one at http://www.eaglecctv.co.za/display_p...t_2903.htm

Here is the text from their description.

Pan/Tilt/Zoom Driver Unit

FEATURES:

* Compact PTZ Driver Unit
* Integrated PELCO-D Communication protocol
* 220 VAC or 24 VAC Pan/Tilt Motor Control
* 6 V or 12 V Zoom Lens Focus & Zoom Control
* 3 Auxiliary Relays for Wiper/Washer/Alarm or Lighting
* 00-99 Addresses
* Built-in surge protection
* IP65 Weatherproof case

Designed to provide control signals to pan/tilt motors and zoom lenses, the E-PTZ-DRV provides the interface between a joystick controller such as the E-DCJ or E-KB01 and a pan/tilt/zoom camera.

Communication control signals between the controller and the PTZ driver are 2-wire RS485. The micro-controller at the controller sends signals to a micro-controller on the PTZ driver which in turn provides the necessary outputs to pan/tilt/zoom and focus the connected camera, lens and PT head. Control signals can also come from the RS485 interface of a DVR or video server.

Housed in a compact plastic enclosure, the E-PTZ-DRV provides signals for pan up or down, tilt left or right, zoom, tele or wide and 3 auxiliary relays for control of lighting, washer or wiper and or alarms.
