We (Tekmos) are shipping the 87C751 in a 28 pin PLCC.
Programming is different, since I am using Flash (64K) rather than OTP EPROM (2K). BPM supports the chip, and we are working with other programmers to expand support. Send me an e-mail, and I'll send you a sample. </Marketing mode> |
