you can use the DS89C420.
Then you can activate an internal clock multiplier by 4.

But you can no longer execute code from an external EPROM, since you need also an EPROM, which was 4 times faster !

You can only use the 16Kb Flash internal.
And only with the internal Flash you get the maximum speed of 44MIPs at 11MHz.
