In this case you may well be right that the software is, in fact, quite "simple" - and the clever part lies in these "electronics" that do the measuring... I am in the very fortunate situation that I have very seasoned EEs as colleagues who design the circuits of our products. I couldn't do it ... especially since things like ECG can be made arbitrarily complex (needs to be able to handle electrosurgery and defibrillation, EMI issues, etc). And of course you need to get about 22.5 bits ADC precision. ;) |
