#154047 - Thanks a lot Michael Responding to: ???'s previous message |
for such a wonderful answer to my post! I am simply humbled by your patience in writing such a long and detailed post regarding my problem.
And yes, although I finally was able to overcome the problem by replacing the 'A' variant with a 'non-A' variant, I feel it is definitely worth a look into this weird problem. Armed with your information, I feel I can give it a shot on the oscilloscope! But alas! I do not own a scope! I am a poor hobbyist and cannot afford such expensive resources. However, my work place does have one and maybe I shall pay a visit to me lab on a non-working day. However, good thing is that I was able to make the last minute power down mode changes and finally gifted the clock to my sister and boy! She does like it!! I thank you and all other 8052 forum members for all their help in making this(small and very humble)project of mine a success! This definitely could not have been possible without this forum! regards, Seemanta |
