(2) What is the nature of the expected disruption?

(3) What is the medium you will transmit through?

(4) What is the bandwidth involved?

(5) Does you customer have preconceived requirements?

(6) Can your customer be reasoned with?

(7) Can your customer be blackmailed into reason?
