#154737 - 16 pin lcd working with at89s52 but not at89c52 |
hi
i am trying to display a set of charecters on a 16 pin lcd(manufac: deepakshi). i used keil to write my programs in assembly and superpro programmer for programming the ic. i programmed two ic's a at89c52 and a at89s52, with the same code. the lcd displays a message only with the at89s52 and not with at89c52.(once again:"both the ic'shave the same code"). why is it so? are the power up levels different for the two ic's? can some one please tell me how to solve this. |
