Did you increase the delay as I told after sending each byte of data as you have done in command write. Other option is in some LCD's the problem of RW exists, which i faced when i try to make rw=0 through software, Please try to ground the rw pin in the LCD to harware ground, and try. it solved my problem but still dont know why i havd that problem. |
