There are few problems as you tell. the modem Tx and Rx might be interchanged. As in the case of Wavecom modem. they dont work with straight cable.
when we get these problem we keep 2 cables with us. One is straight and other is cross. Sometimes any one cable works for the modem. There is no standard inthe modem about TX and Rx, Please check if your cable is straight or cross. then try with the other combination of cable. It should work. |
