This part appears to be completely obsolete. I found convincing evidence that the part number was at one time valid and there may be some actual physical parts available if one is able to wade through 100's of different Asian web sites.
If your need for this data sheet has something to do with the support or repair of some equipment that used this part then you may have to guess at device pinnings for similar 89C52RC parts from other vendors. If your desire for a data sheet stems from trying to do something like one of the following: a) Redeploy some surplus board containing an STC89C52RC to some other purpose... b) Use some surplus STC89C52RC's in a new design... c) Use some stray STC89C52RC's in a hobby project... ...then you seriously need to reconsider your goal and find a part from another vendor that is in active availability status that you can use instead.
