The circuit I'm using really dont have the positive feedback, maybe because its use (was for a line follower) I will post soon I try the circuit... can I use the LM538? It's the only I have in hand "now" (will buy soon as possible the LM393) I used red leds because with ir leds the circuit with the sensivity adjust in minimun was giving always a high state, "even in black it was seeing white" I have a look on your opamp chooser, I dont understand opamps, but your application appears VERY powerful, good work!
