In the first post, you wrote
Processor : silabs F124 And now I do not have debugging tools either. Don't you use any SiLabs debug adapter (USB or EC2) to download your code to the 'F124? You can debug over the adapter on SiLabs IDE. Using break point, step execution, watch, assembly dump, your debug will be much easier.
