Further to this....
I am unable to program the device when the DIP switch settings are OPEN, ie not connected to ground. Just measured current for entire board, 18mA with all switches CLOSED (to ground) each DIP switch of which there are 8 OPEN adds 100uA ???? how is this so, they are configured for high impedence. perhaps a board fault???? |
