No, this is the good case: They accept the unit to fulfill the requirements and then change the requirements. That makes it easy to invoice the delivery and then charge for the extras.
The biggest problem is when you deliver a prototype that fulfills the requirements but the customer realizes that they requested the wrong thing but don't dare to admit that to their bosses. |
