#158776 - Is it a new or used Am29F040? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
There is a "sector lock" feature, for which the unlocking method is not public. A decent parallel programmer should be able to unlock it.
A new Am29F040 is not locked at all. JW PS. Funny how these things match... I was writing the same just yesterday... if you won't succeed, I will send you my code tomorrow PS2: You are aware of the fact that you are attempting to write the "high address" (content of MyDPH2) instead of data, are you? PS3: "reading check OK - with previously written FLASH" - did you try this with a random content in FLASH and verifying it reads all bytes correctly? I mean, don't you have some hardware fault: miswired/exchanged data and/or address lines, bad connections (floating pins), shorts? PS4: what about the pullups at P0.0? |
