Thanks to your helpful code, I found my remaining bugs.
Write/chip erase/sector erase are successful. The programmer does not have a lock feature for this device (the lock button on the GUI is grayed, I saw it enabled for suitable microcontrollers). -Added P0 pullups -copied code for polling bit 5 as shown in datasheet -A15 was wrong when writing unlock sequence: my SBC has a 32K block of XRAM/Flash mapped at 8000h and I left DPTR at 0555/2AAh -number of sector to erase was badly written into DPTR instead of high bits A18...A16 |
