I suspected as much. You are confused between EEPROM and flash. They are not the same, they are separate devices, each having their own address space. Also, the EEPROM is not in the program memory address space, but it shares the external RAM address space. You must select between accessing external RAM and EEPROM using the EEMEN bit in the SFR's.
Read the datasheet carefully. |
