...any low is a fine low! Not so! If your chip is experiencing a 0.9V low on some or most of its I/Os there has to be something terribly wrong. In the worst case a device in that condition will burn itself up or develop an internal short over time. This is not something to throw up hands at, ignore and go merrily on your way with. If you were / are out in industry making a product that someone elses life depended upon you could put them in harms way. Michael Karas |
