Does anyone know a good place to get Pre-Owned electronics:

-Software (CAD/EDA and Development)
-Soldering & SMT rework stations
-Oscilloscopes and test equipment

I am getting back into electronics (after having worked in I.T. for a few years) and I need to replace some gear.
