The tool you require is called - for obvious reasons ;-) - a disassembler

Search this site for "disassembler", and you'll find lots of recommendations!

(I'm not sure if they read the Hex; you might need the binary object file?)

Note that you can use your linker map file to find the physical locations of code and data post linking/locating (and lots of other useful info too!)
