Well i think you can go to PaulMaun's homepage ... this fellow has developed a monitor code for 8051 (paulmon21.asm) ... also he has a dis-assembler code(extra.asm) ... al these stuffs are freeware ... even the asssembler as31 is available at his home page .... i think thats would help u out ....
