A common software problem.

If several inputs including both (external to micro) as well as (internal from micro say timer interrupts) have to be watched then how to accomplish that in a very precise and better way without writing too much of garbage in the code.

I thik making a loop and cheching everything with in loop, turn by turn can be the appropriate code.
