No actually I have already done away with such a problem successfully.

Now I only want to confirm whether I have been myself devising a good approach.

In fact my question more concerns the several external inputs . These inputs are just level type, no other typer like serial data etc.

So I devised a loop and polled all the inputs in a desired sequence and called the relevant subroutine on an even from any input.
