I have no experience with the MSC12xx, but the classical pitfalls of self-programming (IAP) are running interrupts and watchdog.
As programming means also increased power consumption, hardware issues like inadequate supply voltage decoupling might result in similar behaviour too. Just general ideas... Jan Waclawek |
