Hi Rustu,
thats right, you need a 24MHz fundamental crystal. Try e.g. Farnell to order one. Only for your own experimental usage you can add a resistor in parallel to the crystal (around 1 ... 10kOhms), but the reliability drops dramatically: On too low value, the oscillator never starts but on too high value the fundamental 8MHz oscillation occur.
