Philips LPC integrated WDOG timer fulfills all the requirements that you have mentioned before. Brownout detection adjustable in 2 steps make it ideal replacement for external WDOG timer and voltage supervisory. It is clocked by it's own RC oscillator, feeding requires a special 2 instruction sequence. For small embeded applications take LPC. And I believe that some modern 51 have also integrated such WDOG. |
