#170531 - reprogramming SM894051 |
Hi! all
I just join the site. I have few surplus of this SM894051 chips, it seems compatible with AT89C4051. But unable to reprogram this chip with AT89C4051 programmer. does anyone has information about SM894051 chip, I have searched web came up with datasheet, it doesn't contained programming spec. Datasheet shows it has flash memory, but I am not sure if it is reprogrammable. Any help is appreciated! Thanks. |
