at least with what i have used for AT89c4051.
I have read datasheet, it doesn't say anything about programming spec. like other brand at89c4051's datasheet shows. and yes I did sent email to manufacture SynMOS, I haven't got a response yet. so that's why I have turn to this forum may be someone has experience with this chip. I know datasheet has list of programmer manufactures, but like I said I only have few chips as surplus and I am not about to spend extra money for it, if that is case I will stick to AT89c4051 for few bucks. |
