we have redesigned a old board with old Atmel uc and an external EEPROM.
Now we try the new Temic T89C51RD2 wiht its internal EEPROM.
The code is written, but there's only 98 per cent of full working.
My question: Do you know any problems with the internal EEPROM of the Temic.
I can write and read, without a problem.
But sometimes it seems, there are problems with mapping the EEPROM in the XRAM.
If you know anything, please let me know, i need it bad.
