TC1232 is a product of TelCom Semiconductors and is compatible to LT1232, MAX1232 or similar.
If you did all what Edgar suggested please check also for good VCC decoupling. It is very sensible to VCC voltage spikes because of Voltage supervisory circuit. Put 0.1 uF as close as possible. P.S. if you need a TC1232 PDF, I can send it to you. Franc |
