I have turned all the permissions off, disconnected and uninstalled all the USB devices (except for a keyboard and mouse - both the most basic models)
Win7 is a mess, it was touted so widely as a worthy upgrade....I was sucked in, as a vista user, the changes are quite minor, other than my vista machine actually works. I'll press on. I actually think that the USB debugger, and windows is OK, i'm still convinced it is the DLL that silabs are talking to it with that is suss. Regards Marshall |
