Yes, Win7 is more 'complicated' than XP. It feels like Vista with tweaks to appear more responsive and attempts to produce a more entertaining desktop experience. The cost for this being a bloated, bumbling system requiring even more navigational and confirmational 'clicks' to achieve the simplest operation.
I had a contract experience where I was using win7 and found that rightclicking and selecting "run as administrator" solved the issue in some cases Erik |
