The 8051 can work with 3.3V logic, since it accept TTL-level as input. Also most 3.3V logic was 5V tolerant, please look on the data sheet. If not, you can use port P0 with external pull up resistors against 3.3V. I think, bidirectional level shifters with transistors need too many circuits. Peter |
