Hi Peter,
I have to connect CMOS-5V logic (Vinh > 3.5V, Vinl < 0.8V, Voh > 4V, Vol = 0 - 0.4V) with 3.6V logic (Vinh > 1.8V, Vinl < 0.5V, Voh = 2.7-3.3V, Vol = 0 - 0.6V;this is 5V TTL level tolerant). Problem is high input signal from 3.6V logic to 5V CMOS-logic. I found Fairchild TinyLogic dual buffer NC7WZ07, input voltage tollerant (0-7V) and with open drain outputs and costs only $0.24 (1000pcs). It will solve my problems. Thanks a lot. Goran |
