I do not know what you mean by "real time clock" Battery backed?. If you can use a timet ot PCA the Philips P89C51Rx2 will do the trick. If you pop the 12 clock bit you have a drop in replacement, just beware that you have to include an instruction in the startup code to set the ERAM disable bit.
