I am trying to interface a dallas RTC with 89c51 but I am finding it tough going .
Is there a website/page with details ?
I found assembly code on the dallas site but I need C code .

I am thinking of using DS1243 , it is a package with RTC,Battery,Crystal and 64k NVSRAM all in one .
