Unless you need the very short thermal time constant of a TC junction, I would use an RTD in this temperture range, especially over long wires. Use one of Crystal's ADCs for the readout and everything you need is in one package.
Remeber this is an 8052 site, and we don't answer questions about Motorola or Pic processors. For integration and ease of use, I thoroughly recommend the 8052. Steve |
