#21445 - RE: Temperature Measurement using 8052 |
Hi guys,
I've made an remote temperature measurement system over RS-485 bus, using National's LM74 temp. sensing device (with SPI, but there's one with I2C as well) and simple AT89C2051. Application has been written in BASCOM (primarily because I had no time to learn SPI...). Further steps for this project is to change ATMEL's micro to Philips' LPC family (far well equipped with hardware, e.g. VBO, WDT, I2C...) System works stable, however in case you would need a good temp. accuracy it's recommended to calibrate the data of temp. |
