Hi Gil Simon! Thanks! Actually I want to do something entirly on my own, rather than rely on ATMEL's software. I checked the timing on Monday night and compared the timing I generate with the timing generated by a programmer using the logic analyser at my office. I found a potential flaw, and that might help in solving the problem. Unfortunately that day I left very late and forgot my cable at home and couold not try it out. The following day was a public holiday, so today I will try it when I get home. Regarding my email address, you can have it, but not on public forum. You can suggest another way to exchange the email address. Have not played with lock bits myself by the way!
