#19650 - PLD devices - whats available? |
I'm interested in reducing the amount of logic IC's required when using an 8051 with external memory and other memory mapped I/O. In other words a PLD device. Something small only, upto 44 pins PLCC package,
(preferably in a DIP package). The catch that is has to be In-system-programmable - preferably using the 8051 micro on board and 5V. Whats available? |
