#19839 - Flash vs temperature |
The tread about EEPROM retention made me think. Does anyone know if I will have a problem with my flash devices in the California desert (I am using -40/+85C chips). No updates take place and a data loss after 10 years is quite acceptable. So far, so good, but will I have less than 10 years?.
