I've just been rummaging around to see what I could find on this. The only definite information comes from an AMD datasheet, where they specify a data retention of 20 years @ 125 °C (from the AM29F032 datasheet).

I searched the sites of Intel, AMD and Samsung, but couldn't find any documents on the effect of temperature on data retention, which is strange, to say the least...

Anyway, hope this eases your mind a bit.
