Don't expect normal operation of your circuit if you use a 74xx374 or 74xx574 type register(it captures is Data input on rising edge of CLK signal). You MUST use a 74xx373 or 74xx573 latch.It is transparent if LE (latch enable) is high. It holds its Data inpouts when LE is low. |
