With most cases when i make a reset to the Microproccessor this is enough to make the circuit run again. this is always happen when I power the circuit or switch it off an on agian (but Not all the time some times it works somthly).

The capacitors are enough and all unused pins are tied to VCC nothing left floating. by the way this happens even when there is No CMOS or TTL IC's in the circuit and regarding the current surge all outlet pins drives other components by transistors not directly attached to proccessor

I have to try to Intruput thing (RETI) may be the solution is there
i'll test i it and i wish i works good becuase i invested a lot of money there :-(
