#19985 - RE: 1 bit operation in C - Andy |
Hi Mr. Andy!
I quote from the appendix of KEIL C compiler "Wide Characters Wide 16-bit characters are not supported by Cx51. ANSI provides wide characters for future support of an international character set." What are wide characters? KEIL defines "int" as 16-bit wide. Can you explain what wide characters mean? Secondly, when I mentioned "int bdata myvar", int is ANSI C data type. bdata is not ANSI C. This what I meanst when I said that things might differ. Regards Aman |
