I don't know what your size requirements are, but you might want to check out www.ramtron.com They make FRAM memories up to 256Kb (32Kx8), which have almost limitless life and the same access times as normal SRAM. For larger sizes, Flash would be a good choice though, if you intend to dump the contents all at once and then erase it. Best regards, Rob |
