Hi folks,

i am looking for a pure 8052 cpu that runs at 24MHz (no Dallas please, as i need to use memory devices with 80ns)

in the past we have used the infineon (former siemens) 80C515A-L24M that is obsolete now. i hate infineon for what they have done to us .... a long sad story ..

now, not wanting to have the focus on only 1 cpu from only one manufacture i am searching for a "naked" 8052 and everything else will be placed in external FPGA, but all naked 8052 i find are not recomended for new designs (ISSI f.e.)
All chips i find now have flash inside what i do not need and do not want (of course i could tie EA to disable ....)

Does anybody know some manufactures and devices that runs at 24MHz and are available in QFP44 ??? and will be available in the near future ? any help welcome ...
