Couldn't help but notice that there were no responses to your question perhaps it's because the DS1225AB looks just like a conventional 8K RAM (so std. XRAM access routines apply) and you didn't specify you data format and/or protocol. Why not repost your specific requirement.
For instance are you shipping the data out the serial port in a intel hex format? regards, p |
