You have to pay and pay - the graphics library is 100$ us - the board is 200$ US - but the board only connects to the development system, which is $1000 US - Correct me if I'm wrong. I am interested in this too, but I can get Altera tools for free, use a 25$ part, and make my own graphic controller, if I choose not to buy one of the Epson SED series.
