I don't think you have a problem other that spec sheet "nomenclature". The part indicates capability for a 2 wire duplex exchange. Are you using the 2 wire interface? There is no "equalization" that requires full-dux exchange. Can you explain in a "scenario" what you are dealing with and what problems you are confronting?
